Darlene Koop

Darlene has been active in the financial services industry since 2016, always striving to expand her knowledge and client service relations. With over a decade of customer service and administrative experience, Darlene is passionate about building relationships and helping others. Since joining Statera Financial Planners in April 2022 she has been managing the investment administration and assists with day to day business operations.

Darlene obtained her Associate, Customer Service (ACS®) designation in 2020 and is committed to continuing education and development.  Darlene is committed to working with integrity and professionalism, while also providing the exceptional customer service you have come to expect from the Statera Financial Planners team.

Outside of the office Darlene is actively involved in her church and also volunteers with the Edmonton Food Bank. She is a self-published fiction author, loves travel and adventure, and spending quality time with family and friends.
